Hey! Welcome to Edgar Allan Poe School Of the Arts! I know you're just itching to sign up for this marvelous site, but first you gotta read all of our rules and agree to abide by them!
1. As I have said already, you must read this thread before enrolling. We will know if you bothered to read this board that has many of the rules that you've seen just about 5,831 times because you will put a kissy smiley (  ) next to your name if you're a girl, and the sunglasses smiley (  ) if you're a guy. Simple...right?
2. First is the Worst, Second is da Best! OK, no extreme racism or sexism on this site, OK guys? I'm not asking you to become super-vegetarian hippies and hug trees and love all, just don't discriminate TOO much...ya know!?!
3. Third is the one with the Treasure Chest! I have no clue what that had to do with anything, but it finished the rhyme. This is more of an informal note than a rule, but whatever. This site isn't super strict or anything. We're pretty layed back here, so here's the deal. If you do something to break our muy flexible rules, you get a warning the first time. The second time you get banned for two days. Next, you get banned for a week. THEN... *bum-bum-BBUUUMMMMM* The final and Fourth stage is getting all of your accounts PERMANENTLY BANNED! *GASP!* Now no one wants that now do we? I didn't think so! So I say again, please follow our rules!
4. Almost through...so hang on. OK, the part that you were surely sitting on the edge of your seats for! Sex (please not in public!), violence and foul language are ALL allowed! Don't like it? Then too bad for you!
5. Feel free to do what you want with your text...ASLONG as you don't make all of your character's quotes "bold". It annoys many people, myself included. If your use to roleplaying like this and cannot help yourself, PM either myself or Makaila or Lia.
6. Your characters gotta be a believable age to be in high school or Middle School. Example:
Name: Bob
Age: ....25?!?! I DON'T THINK SO!
You CAN make teachers or adults, though I suggest you then have 2 characters, one a student, one the teacher.
7. God modding and Power playing will NOT be tolerated! It's no fun to roleplay with someone who controls your character. That also goes for no super unblockable moves if you're fighting, and no forcing anyone to do anything. (not meaning in a peer pressure kind of way.) Oh the most important part of this rule is the basic NO KILLING ANYONE! It's acceptable if it was in your past and you post that in your history, but no going up to someone and stabbing them, or all of your accounts will be immediately banned and deleted.
8. Please, this rule is one of the MOST important. Respect each other. Everyone roleplays differently, and if you torchier another character through PM or C-box or any way you WILL be banned for life.
9. Do NOT spam!?No posting about off-topic things unless in the Out Of Character ((O.O.C)) board! do NOT post about your site unless it is in the affiliate Section! And DO NOT PM others to join your site, because that will be a mark against you!
Not numbering this because it's more of an addition to the C-Box thing I just said, but chat-speak is totally fine in the C-Box as lon as it is legiable. Ex: Sometimes you'll confuse someone if you do something like...

That was too cool for you, but i don't think everyone could tell. Have fun, but don't get ^ too crazy.
10. This is a Intermediate site. We're welcome to new roleplayers, but if you don't catch on within 3 days of learning how your out. I understand being muse dead or having writers block but PLEASE no posts are to be under 1 paragraph, 4-6 sentences. If you continually under post we shall warn you of it. Post unfit will be modified and the poster will be PMed to have to fix it.
11. Please, We want to keep this site realistic like, so please DO NOT use cartoon characters or anime or anything. I don't care how realistic it looks, there are thousands of celebraities to chose from. Use on of them. And if you have some twisted excuse about hair color or eye color Lia can easily fix it.
If any one else can think of some rules that can improve our site, tell me or any other administrator. (Fancy word for admin to those with no/sleepy brains) If your rule is approved, you can be sure hat you'll be rewarded by becoming either a moderator or a global moderator. Great contributers who show much devotion to our creative site may even be granted admin! Now, who doesn't want that?
